Part of our mission at the Center is to empower others to become educators about Jewish genetic disorders and hereditary cancers. Through programming, events and printed and online material, we provide a number of avenues and resources for you to help your community, whether it’s medical, religious, family or local.

From time to time we also offer opportunities to work with the Center directly. Keep an eye out for summer and yearlong internships, or contact Karen Litwack by phone (312-357-4717) or email (KarenLitwack@juf.org) to learn about our governing and advisory boards.

Feel free to contact the Center at any time with questions, concerns or ideas about projects, partnerships and other services.

Take action in local, state and federal government and learn how you can advocate for legislation and government action that advances and protects genetic and health-related issues.

Plan a program for your community — educate others using Center-developed tools and resources, or contact Center staff to learn about hosting an event.

Work with us as a volunteer, with an internship or through our Board of Directors, Advisory Board and Associate Board.

Give to the Center and support our work by donating funds, supplies and services.
